To further make the buying decision easier SimsTech can arrange to come to your premises and install the enhanced audio video conferencing system on a temporary basis.
A fully featured audio system will be delivered to your premises by a SimsTech engineer and set up within the appropriate room. The system will include 8 microphones and all mixers and amplifiers, if an existing system is already installed this can be temporally disconnected and reconnected at the end of the evaluation.
The system and microphones will be installed in a neat and professional manner, the installed system can be set up for all your conferencing needs including audio conferencing, video conferencing and voice reinforcement.
The installed system will then be left with you for 5 business days to fully evaluate the benefits of investing in an enhanced audio system for use within audio and video conferencing environments.
If at the end of the evaluation you decide that such a system is not suitable for your environment then a SimsTech engineer will return to your premises and collect the enhanced audio system. All cables will be reinstated within the original configuration and tested fully before the SimsTech engineer leaves your premises.
